Deb Dutton, Chief Executive Officer
Deb is passionate about the elderly “receiving the care you would want for your own parents”. This combined with her business nous makes Deb perfect for this role. Deb has tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and Finance and over 20 years’ experience in senior roles across various industries including health. Deb has held various board and governance positions and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Deb loves interacting with our residents and clients, her favourite compliment is being described as “the most un-like-a-CEO CEO”.
Agnes Fowler, Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Agnes (or Aggie) joined Rembrandt Living having had many years’ experience as Executive Assistant in a number of organisations including Aged Care, Government, food industry and most recently at an all girls’ private boarding College. Aggie is sincere and has a genuine love and respect for elderly citizens. She is delighted to be able to contribute to the wonderful team at Rembrandt Living, its residents, clients and Board of Management. Aggie came to Australia from The Netherlands with her family when she was a teenager and enjoys the opportunity to interact with the many Dutch residents and staff at Rembrandt Court..
Sandy Murgatroyd, General Manager Corporate Services
With an unbeatable eye for detail and a love for numbers, Sandy leads the Rembrandt Corporate Services team. Sandy has over 15 years’ experience in financial and operations management spanning the not-for-profit and commercial sectors with particular focus in aged care. Sandy has tertiary Accounting qualifications and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Sandy is a mean lawn bowler and loves nothing better than mixing with the residents of Rembrandt Court.
Jo Hackett, General Manager Home Care services
Having spent her entire career in aged care, across residential and home care services, Jo knows her job inside and out! Jo leads our Home Care Services team with care and real dedication to the clients we serve. Jo has tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Community Services and Mental Health and has worked across all aspects of aged care. Jo refers to herself as “just normal” however her passion, skills and ability to bring fun to our residents and clients (a recent Clown dressup being quite infamous) makes her far more than this!
Richard Budd, Human Resources Manager
Richard has tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and Business Management and 15 years’ experience in the recruitment sector. Richard transitioned into Human Resources where he has worked solely in Not for Profit for the past five years with Diabetes SA, Bedford Group and now Rembrandt Living. He is an affiliate member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Richard’s approachable nature and inclusive style makes him a valuable member of our team.
Monique, Client Liaison Coordinator
Monique joined Rembrandt Living in early 2016 in her role as Client Service Coordinator and is based at our Home, Rembrandt Court. Monique has been working in the Aged Care Sector, both Residential and Home Care, for over 11 years with an education background in Customer Service with a focus on Aged Care. She has developed a passion to inform and assist potential existing residents/clients and/or their representatives effectively in a friendly and respectful manner.
Timara, General Manager Residential Services
Timara has 15 years’ aged care experience in a non-clinical capacity, having tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Food Safety and Work Health and Safety. Working in various positions within the aged care industry she has gained an enormous amount of knowledge to assist in her current role. Timara is friendly, approachable and always willing to help everyone.
Andy, Hotel Services Coordinator
Andy is our Hotel Services Coordinator which includes our hospitality services at Rembrandt Court (Food, Laundry and Domestic services) and the Kleine Café. Andy grew up in Coober Pedy, is of Greek heritage and has a life-long passion for food (and basketball). Andy is a full trained Chef specialising in catering and hospitality and has worked as a Chef at places like the Adelaide Casino and Grange Golf Club.
Tracey, Home Care Senior Services Coordinator
Tracey has worked in the Aged care Industry for the past 15 years, in Coordination and Management of a Respite facility and Packaged Care all in the non-for profit sector. “Rembrandt Living is by far the best employer I have had as everyone really does care for our clients and our staff. I have completed a Diploma In Community Services and nearing completion of a BA in Psychological Science . I am now a Senior Service Coordinator at Rembrandt Living and a Rep on the WHS committee and am love love loving my job”.
I am the Administration Officer and Receptionist at Rembrandt Court. Born in Italy, I migrated to Melbourne at the age of 5 with my family. After spending 17 years in Sydney I then moved to Adelaide. I have held Executive Assistant and administration roles in advertising, airlines, mining, government and Aged Care. For the past 12 years I have volunteered for St Johns Ambulance Community Care Scheme.
I am married with a 21 year old son and love my job interacting with the many different people who walk through our doors. Everyone has an interesting story to tell and never a day goes by without sharing a laugh with either one of our residents, visitors or staff members.
