Deb Dutton, Chief Executive Officer
Deb is passionate about the elderly “receiving the care you would want for your own parents”. This combined with her business nous makes Deb perfect for this role. Deb has tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and Finance and over 20 years’ experience in senior roles across various industries including health. Deb has held various board and governance positions and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Deb loves interacting with our residents and clients, her favourite compliment is being described as “the most un-like-a-CEO CEO”.
Timara Poulish, General Manager Residential Services
Timara has 15 years’ aged care experience in a non-clinical capacity, having tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Food Safety and Work Health and Safety. Working in various positions within the Aged Care Industry she has gained an enormous amount of knowledge to assist in her current role. Timara is friendly, approachable and always willing to help everyone.
Tracey Murray, General Manager Home Care
Tracey has worked in the Aged Care Industry for the past 15 years, in Coordination and Management of a Respite facility and Packaged Care all in the not-for-profit sector. “Rembrandt Living is by far the best employer I have had as everyone really does care for our clients and our staff. I have completed a Diploma in Community Services and nearing completion of a BA in Psychological Science. I commenced with Rembrandt Living as a Senior Service Coordinator and am now General Manager Home Care and a Rep on the WHS committee and love, love, love my job”.
