Our Home
Rembrandt Court is nestled away off Morphett Road, Oaklands Park in Adelaide’s inner southern suburbs. We are within walking distance to the Oaklands Wetland, a 20-minute drive from the City, close to public transport and Marion Shopping Centre and only a short drive to some of Adelaide’s best beaches.
Our home is exactly that – a home! If you want a hotel or institution-feel, Rembrandt Court is not for you. Our home has décor and furniture designed specifically to be reminiscent of a resident’s home in the community. Our halls are filled with trinkets, photos, memorabilia from days gone by and of course tributes to our Dutch heritage.
Our home is proudly small – with only 87 rooms, we are able to take the time to treat each person like the individual they are – everyone is known by their name!
Our Facilities
Our spacious site is spread across landscaped grounds, and includes design features that ensure all individual rooms and common areas take advantage of the garden outlooks. Our floor plan ensures a cosy, home-like environment with areas that allow for individual, small and large group gatherings as the residents please. You’re invited to talk to us via phone on (08) 8198 0392 or email us to make an appointment for a personal, guided tour and see for yourself.
We have 4 separate wings which we call ‘houses,’ all named after flowers, each with its own dining room and lounge room:
- Rose House
- Magnolia House (Memory Support)
- Daffodil House (first floor)
- Tulip House
Our Rooms
All of our rooms are individual rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each is well appointed featuring a German-made electric bed with pressure redistribution mattress, bedside lockable cabinet, built-in wardrobe and individual heating and cooling for all year comfort, and optional telephone and Wi-Fi.
The neutral décor will allow you to make the room “your home” by bringing in your favourite pieces of furniture and personal effects to reflect your personality.

We understand everyone’s situation will vary and ageing affects us all in different ways. We’ll get to know you and the people who are important to you, get to know your life story and experiences, your needs and wants and make sure you receive the care and support that you feel is right for you or your loved one.

All staff and volunteers are trained to protect the rights of our people and appropriate systems and checks are put into place.
