We offer an extensive range of home care services that will assist you or your loved one to live at home.
There are two types of home care services and assessments which can provide access to either Entry Level Services or Home Care Packages.

Our Entry-Level Home Care Services, funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), provide basic support with the following:
For those with more complex needs, Home Care Packages provide specialised in-home support.
If you are assessed as eligible, you will be informed which level of package you are approved for and then placed in the national queue. When you reach the top of the queue, you will be assigned a package and can then choose a provider such as Rembrandt to deliver your services.
Home Care Packages range from Level 1 (low level support) to Level 4 (high level support). Once assigned your package, a dedicated and experienced Rembrandt Home Care Coordinator will work with you to plan the services that you want, the way you want them, in the comfort of your home.
